Like always, excellent doctor that dedicates time to you to explain everything you need to know and answer your questions, very professional and knowledgeable. The rest of the team also very nice. The negative part I will say is the parking you have to pay unless you park anywhere else or drop off, in addition there’s a waiting time but if you want to see this doctor, please be patient, otherwise, if you are not able to wait they can reschedule your appointment.
I really like this place, it’s far from where I leave but I always prefer a good doctor.

Dr. Rafael Perez is a great doctor! He has been treating me for a few years now. I suffer from a bladder condition and he has been very diligent and spot on with my plan of care. His staff provide excellent customer service to the patients. I highly recommend Doctor Perez!

Welcoming staff and doctor. Caring, patience, knowledgeable and professional. They remember your name and seem to be on the ball about why takes care of my 91 yr old mom. Awesome doctors said that I couldn't get pregnant even with in vitro and that I would be able to have a child wouldn't have to have uterus removed. Dr Perez is wonderful great knowledgeable professional doctor ever. Thank you doctor.

I can honestly say the waiting window between I got there and the actual Dr attention took 3 hours I got there at 10:15 for a 10:40 appointment and I have as seen by the Dr 1:15. Which is three hour waiting period it’s just too much
