I have been a patient Dr. Perez for 20 years, and highly recommend him. He is thorough and does not sugarcoat anything which is why I wouldn’t go to any other provider. He and Mara make such a wonderful team, and I can’t leave out the young lady at the front desk. She is welcoming, sweet and is oh so funny! Thank you for always taking care of me!

I had a urodynamics done today and it was very different to the previous two I had done in the past. It was more comprehensive and the doctor explained everything at the beginning and step by step as he was performing the procedure. He was very professional. I felt as if I had gone to the most knowledgeable physician in town. His staff worked with my issues with the schedule and accommodated to my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Perez

Going to Dr Alvarez was a great experience.
He first greeted me at his office at his desk
He asked me pertinent questions Then I met him in the exam room and he examined me
He communicated with me during the examination. He was very reassuring and told me I was very heathy. Then, he saw me again in his office, where he told me to get a mammogram. I highly recommend hi.
